Silas Hobson New CEO

The Lockhart River Arts Indigenous Corporation Board of Directors appointed the first Aboriginal Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Silas Hobson from Lockhart River Community. Silas has held various positions within the organization over 10 years as staff member, artist. Silas is also the current board of directors chairman. Under the Corporation Rule Book, the Corporation can employ maximum 3 Indigenous board of directors under the Indigenous identified staff position category.
